It began on a workbench in Thailand.
On vacation half a world from home, Karol Krakowski watched artisans give leather the kind of patience most of us reserve for people. He came back to Poland with one wallet and one obsession: to make that quality the standard, not the exception.

Two needles, one waxed thread, no machine. If a single stitch fails, the seam still holds.
